My journey on Fred Olsen Brabant River Cruise

Hi cruisers

So i have just returned from a beautiful 3 night trip on the beautiful Brabant.

This is the first time I have sailed on a river cruise and i was pleasantly surprised.

We were fortunate to visit Strasbourg France, Speyer Germany, Mannheim germany and Koblenz Germany.

The ship is stunning and very different to ocean cruising. perfect for those who do not enjoy a huge ship.

There are also late departures so you have even more time to explorer the city and maybe even a stroll along the canal after dinner.

With only 4 decks and less than 80 rooms and suites in total there is a real home to home feel.

Brabant is also carefully tailored to appeal to british guests.

With Brabants size it is small enough to navigate narrow areas all the way down to luxembourg.

Lots of villages, cities or towns to explore where no ocean cruise line could even possibily dream of getting to.

the staff aboard the

The food aboard the Brabant was exceptional.

Firstly the Amadeus club was open 24 hours, here you can grab a coffee, tea or hot chocolate with biscuits or maybe even order a cocktail and enjoy the view from the back of the ship.

There are many different river cruises available but the Brabant is Fred Olsen’s first river ship for now.

Thanks for reading  and I will definitely be looking for another river cruise for myself and my husband this year
