A New Ticketing System for Celebrity & Royal Caribbean

If you have cruised before with either Celebrity and Royal Caribbean you will, of course, have used their online system to complete your online check-in, prebook your additional extras and print your sea passes and labels. However, I have learned over the last week that to access your tickets, you now need to create an account on using the following links.

Once you are taken to this page it is asking for you to log into your account using your e-mail address and password. Now here’s where it gets interesting. I have had many customers contact me saying that they have never had a password to log in to access their tickets. What I have advised customers to do it put their e-mail address in and click forgot password, which automatically sends them an e-mail asking for them to change and update their password. Once you have done this you will be able to go back to the login page using your new password.

After speaking to Celebrity and Royal Caribbean they advised this was due to the data protection act 2018 (GDPR). However, it would have been informative for them to send an e-mail to customers advising them of this to give them a heads up. As you can imagine, I have had a lot of customers querying this and having to advise them what they need to do so they can access their sea passes. As an agent, we are still able to access the guest ticket booklet which has the luggage labels also, but some guests don’t want to print out a 10-page guest ticket booklet when they can just print 1 sea pass cruise ticket and 1 luggage label per person. I’m sure given time this issue will be a thing of the past. However, one great thing about this account now is that you can see your cruise history with Celebrity and Royal Caribbean.
