Thrown Overboard!

I have just seen this in the News!!

A man has been charged over the cruise ship death of his ex-wife – seven years after her body was found off the Italian coast.

Although it is claimed she was thrown overboard May 26th 2006 and her body was found the following day the ex husband was only arrested in February.

If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of life in prison without parole and is eligible for the death penalty.

Really is it possible? I have found when I have been on cruise ships there is always someone around that would have seen something?! But then I can also say I haven’t wandered around a ship at silly times of the morning when there probably isn’t anyone around!!
