Wake up to Thomson Cruises value for money!

I have just got off the phone with a customer who has just returned from a fabulous cruise on Thomson Celebration. It reminded me why I loved the Thomson ships so much. Of course, I have cruised as a passenger with Thomson cruises and worked on the Spirit & Dream too, but you forget about the quality and why people go back year after year.

Now this customer has sailed with many other cruise lines and had five cruises before this Thomson one. Her words not mine, ‘This was the best cruise I have had so far and I would not hesitate to go with Thomson cruises again.’ I was just sat here thinking what magic do Thomson have as the ships are older than most…. The price is cheaper than most and they offer regional flights from all over the UK.

Is it that they include the tips? The price you see is the price you pay.

Is it that on some cruises you can drink as much as you like?

Then I realised what I liked most when I was on holiday were the crew and staff who were happy to have a chat and a laugh with me. They remembered the drink I liked most, made the effort to remember my name. Were happy in their work and gave service with a smile that really wasn’t just to get money out of me.

I speak to a lot of cruisers who wouldn’t travel with Thomson as they are expecting a holiday camp at sea. But what they do not realise is Thomson were a holiday company offering great foreign holidays overseas and now they offer a great cruise brand that has the UK customers’ expectations anticipated all the way.

The TUI discovery and TUI discovery 2 are both ships with more balconies, sailing some great itineraries, with excellent food, entertainment and fun on board.
