Cunard and P&O listen to their Customers!

So the Countdown begins. One day to Blast off!

keep-calm-only-1-day-to-go-3

Cunard and P&O have listened to the feedback they have received from their loyal customers and from us the agents who sell their product on the coal face so to speak. They tell us they have used this information to take steps to improve the quality and content of their itineraries.

They started by giving each itinerary a score, taking into account the quality of the port, i.e. what it has to offer, what can be visited close by etc… and the port density or in other words how many other cruise lines also go there, how does the infrastructure cope with this etc…

They have then set about improving each of these scores on the 2015 itineraries. Each port has been given a bronze, silver or gold classification. They have then tried to increase the number of Gold ports in each itinerary, bearing in mind they need to cater for new cruisers as well as seasoned travellers.

So what will 2015 offer P&O guests!
