Happy Pancake Day!

Well its pancake day today and after such a delicious breakfast I thought I would share with you a pancake recipe. How do you prefer your pancakes?….do you like traditional lemon or maybe you prefer the fruit or are you going to totally indulge and go for melted chocolate and cream?

Shrove Tuesday is traditionally the last chance to indulge yourself before the start of Lent. Pancakes are eaten on this day because they contain fat, butter and eggs which were forbidden during Lent. These days pancakes are much more indulgent..syrup, chocolate, cream, ice-cream just to name a few toppings.
