The Embassies of the countries you will be visiting, will be able to help you and give you the correct advice. If I told you, you needed one and you got it at an expense and did not need it, you would have been foolish to take my advice.

I was on a Marbella cruise December 2018, one of the stops was Colombia, we did not do a ‘ship excursion’ and did our own thing there, we did not require a visa.

Just used my debit card card on Marella cruise ... No problems encountered with either the bank or cruise.
