Summer in Norway finishes mid-August, after which it gets cooler and wet. While you are not restricted on luggage, please remember that you have got to stow all the stuff you take. Simon Calder once gave some valuable advice, which was to plan how much money you should take and how much luggage, then double the first and halve the second. You mention Oriana in your question, and I seem to recall this ship having much less storage space than the newer ones such as Ventura.

Hi, summer is at its peak from June to August. We went to fjords last year late June and weather was glorious. However, weather can be unpredictable so take jumpers and t-shirts. You can take as much luggage as you wish as long as cases can be lifted comfortably. Enjoy!

Re answer given. Standard cabins on oriana are much much better than Ventura. If you have problem with carrying suitcases use Thebaggagehandlingcompany for colkec6ion and delivery very reliable.

The temperature forecasts can be found an many sites via Google. As to luggage there is no restriction on quantity. Taking a Grand Piano might be asking a bit much though.
