Briliance is the most beautiful ship in RCIs whole fleet IMHO. Their disabled facilites are excellent.

Brilliance gets my vote too & IMO RCI as a cruise line are a league above NCL.

The Berlitz Guide gives both ships the same rating (B) but Gem get a specific mention and if you enjoyed it why change?
