NO we came off NCL Jade last week and we tipped who we wanted as a lot of the service was poor but if you booked after 6th April NCL went all inclusive so all drinks grats are now in the price you pay and cannot be changed I believe this is why the service has deteriorated good or bad service they get the grats.
