Yes the cabins do have tea/coffee etc.

The Tui website page on Marella's Discovery 2 states the cabins have tea & coffee making facilities https://www.tui.co.uk/cruise/ships/marella-discovery-2/cabins/

Some do some don't, mainly the American ones don't - P&O do in all the fleet also Cunard and Fred Olsen - All 3 of these companies also have laundry rooms with washers, tumbles, irons and ironing boards - Royal Carribean do not have kettles on any ship although i have just found out they have installed them in all the cabins on "Explorer Of The Seas" for the British market as it is sailing from Southampton- Hope this is helpful, John.
