SeaDream Yacht Club have just confirmed that they will offer guests nine wine-themed sailings in the Caribbean and Mediterranean in 2018.
Adding to its already intimate and immersive experiences, these five to ten-night yacht voyages will feature exotic wine and food experiences for their vessels that each carry a maximum of 112 passengers.
Such experiences will include tastings at wineries; a Winemaker’s Dinner where representatives from visiting wineries will offer pours to complement items from the executive chef’s menu; truffle hunting, followed by a ‘catch of the day’ meal and wine pairing chances to meet wine celebrities like Andrea Mullineux, a South African winemaker who was recently named Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast.
SeaDream sailings will include seven Mediterranean voyages, bookended by two Caribbean cruises. Guests will have the chance to sail from Rome to Venice with stops at Sicily and Dubrovnik along the way, or even a roundtrip from Monte Carlo with stops at Saint-Tropez and Cannes.
Fares will start from $5,900 per person (double occupancy) for an ocean-view cabin and include gratuities, drinks from the bar and select wines with lunch and dinner.
In other news of themed cruises, the stars of Impractical Jokers are hitting the seas with a second annual Impractical Jokers Cruise.
The cruise will take place on Norwegian Pearl and sail from New Orleans to Costa Maya, Mexico November 1-5, 2017.
The Impractical Jokers team themselves will be inviting some of their favourite comedians to join them for the festival and they state that the pool deck will be transformed into their own personal playground.
