Princess Cruises have announced the celebrities who will be joining their 2023 Guest Speaker Programme onboard Sky Princess.
Sailing from Southampton this summer, cruise guests can expect an A-list line-up, including the likes of Dame Kelly Holmes, Dwain Chambers, Warwick Davis and many more household names from across TV, sports, literature and beyond.
Now in its sixth year, the UK homeport ship speaker programme is back by popular demand. Forming part of Princess Cruises’ partnership with Discovery Channel, the ‘Encounters with Discovery at SEA’ 2023 speaker series features:
Andy Reid MBE
The first triple amputee to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, Reid is a motivational speaker, writer and war veteran. In 2019, his charitable work was awarded an MBE, following the release of his book ‘Standing Tall’ and success of the Standing Tall Foundation- co-founded by himself.
Andy will be on board Sky Princess‘ 14-night Spain, France and Portugal sailing, departing 1st April 2023.
Andy Wyatt
Famed as an iconic Red Arrows Display and Royal Air Force pilot, Wyatt’s teamwork, leadership and planning skills make him an extremely popular motivational speaker.
He will be on board Sky Princess‘ 14-night Baltic Heritage cruise, stopping in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Denmark and Norway- departing 8th July 2023.
Dame Kelly Holmes MBE
Holmes, a British national treasure and double Gold medalist at the 2004 Athens Olympics, is a global inspirational speaker, award-winning author, and a strong advocate for all things fitness, wellness and mental health.
She will be on board Sky Princess’ seven-night Scandinavia sailing, stopping in Denmark and Norway- departing 22nd July.
Dwain Chambers
As seen on the latest series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Dwain Chambers is a British track sprinter, and one of the fastest European sprinters in athletics history.
Catch Chambers on board Sky Princess’ seven-night Norwegian Fjords cruise, departing 12th August.
Grant Harrold
As a former British Royal Household member and leading etiquette expert, royal commentator, entertainer, and broadcaster, Grant will be joining Sky Princess for the King’s Coronation celebrations.

Simon Weston
Simon is known for his charity work and recovery from severe burn injuries suffered during the Falklands War, along with being a former member of the Welsh Guards.
He will be on board Sky Princess’ 14-night Land of the Midnight Sun cruise, departing 19th August.
Warwick Davis
A film-fan favourite, Davis is a British actor, best known for his roles as Ewok Wicket in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, and Professor Flitwick in the Harry Potter movie series.
Meet Warwick on board Sky Princess’ 14-night Iceland and Norway sailing, departing on 13th May.
In addition to the fabulous 2023 Guest Speaker Programme, guests on Sky Princess will be treated to a new original Princes Cruises production show, Spotlight Bar– launched on Discovery Princess in April 2022.
In this imaginative show, be transported to a vibrant bar atmosphere, where audience members will meet and connect with local storytellers who will share tales of their lives through the medium of song. The show will include a modern musical playlist, inspiring memories and dancing among bar owners and patrons alike.
Behind the riveting production are Director and Choreographer, Karen Bruce (producer of West End shows including Bodyguard and Fame), and Scenic Designer, Morgan Large (a UK Theatre award winner). Catch their uplifting production in the Princess Theatre on board Discovery Princess, Enchanted Princess, and most recently, Sky Princess.
Furthermore, Princess Cruises have also recently announced that they will be launching two themed cruises this summer, both taking place on Sky Princess.
Forming the line-up for the Comedy Stars seven-night cruise to Scandinavia, comedians Ed Byrne, Julian Clary and Paul Merton & Suzi Webster will be setting sail with Princess Cruises. This exclusive Sky Princess sailing will depart from Southampton on 1st July 2023.
