P&O Cruises has announced three brand-new Wellbeing and Lifestyle cruises for 2024. The exclusive sailings will be led by TV presenter and women’s health advocate, Cherry Healey, alongside stylist, Kat Farmer.
The three wellness cruise holidays will sail to Spain, Portugal and the Mediterranean next year, with a heavy focus on mind, body, sleep, face and other expert lifestyle advice.

During the sailings, guests onboard can pick up tips and trick to support their own health and happiness, with workshop topics ranging from mind and body to skincare and wardrobe essentials, breathwork and meditation. Alongside Cherry and Kat, special guests will include make-up artist to the stars, Hannah Martin, plus fitness educator and presenter, Sarah Gorman.
Recent research from P&O Cruises revealed that more of us are taking priority over looking after ourselves, with just one in five Brits spending 30 minutes a week on ‘self-care’.
“You have one body and it is your responsibility to treat it well. Look after the vessel that takes you through this life and it will look after you. My sessions will give you some of my favourite tips and advice to aid your holistic wellbeing.”

Spain and Portugal, 14-night cruise on Iona
P&O Cruises will be offering two 14-night sailings onboard Iona, both departing from Southampton. The first will depart on 27th January 2024, and the second on 2nd March 2024. Ports of call include Madeira, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Seville (from Cádiz), and Lisbon (overnight in port).
Mediterranean, 14-night cruise on Arvia
P&O Cruises will also be offering a 14-night sailing onboard Arvia, departing on 12th May 2024 from Southampton. Ports of call for this itinerary include La Coruña, Valencia, Marseille, Barcelona, Alicante, and Seville (from Cádiz).
