Cruise Lines are constantly looking for ways to improve the cruising experience for their guests whilst they’re on board their ships. Many are introducing new technology and a more personalised service to ensure passengers can get the most out of their holiday…and P&O Cruises are no different.
They introduced their app, My Holiday back in June last year – guests’ very own pocket planner. Guests can access the app once they are on board via their own device (mobile or tablet) and will have the power to personalise their experience from the comfort of their cabin, sun lounger, wherever!
Before they sail, guests can pre-book experiences with My P&O Cruises but, once on board, My Holiday allows them to customise it in real-time. From making a dining reservation to viewing their on-board account summary, it’s never been easier for guests to holiday their way.
My Holiday also supports our new health and well-being protocols, giving guests the ability to pre-book and queue virtually (meaning more time to enjoy themselves while we prepare their table).

- Manage their existing bookings
- Book a seat for their favourite event, along with the cinema or theatre
- Browse, book and share exciting adventures ashore
- Use our virtual GP service, Sea Consult
My Holiday is free and available to use while guests are on board their ship; they simply need to put their device on ‘airplane mode’ (or similar) and connect to the ship’s Guest Wi-Fi. The on-board app will not be available to use while guests are ashore.// END - About the Author ?>
