Princess Cruises has revealed a first look at its elevated culinary offerings onboard its next-generation Sphere Class ship, Sun Princess.
Debuting early next year, Sun Princess is set to offer guests an unparalleled array of dining sensations onboard, including exciting concepts from world-renowned chef, Rudi Sodamin, plus a celebrity chef to be announced soon.
The ship will boast an astonishing selection of 29 new, signature dining and lounge options, with everything from savoury journeys and entertaining eats to sumptuous sips and satisfying snacks throughout the day.
Tempting new dining experiences range from the captivating theatre of Japanese Teppanyaki at Umai Teppanyaki and the innovative O’Malley’s Irish Pub, to a seafood nirvana at The Catch by Rudi. Additionally, The Promenade serves up fresh dough at Promenade Slice pizza, gourmet burgers, delicious hot dogs, beautifully baked bagels, and a sweet selection of ice cream.
Alongside the new, novelty additions, Sun Princess will still offer timeless Princess Cruises staples onboard: including the Crown Grill; Sabatini’s; Alfredo’s Pizzeria; and Kai Sushi.

The three-story Horizons Dining Room also promises to elevate the traditional main dining experience for guests onboard Sun Princess, with each level (from deck 6 to deck 8) having its own personality- offering alternative dining experiences and varied formality settings. Here, menus range from Smoked Salmon Omelettes and Swedish Pancakes for breakfast, to Lamb Leg Provençale and Sautéed Redfish Caponata served at dinner.

Bellini’s Cocktail Bar
Found in the centre of the Piazza, this sparkling cocktail bar transports guests to a world of glitz and glamour, whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out with friends. Sip and savour the finest bubbles and enjoy the Piazza entertainment, with dazzling panoramic views from the massive Sphere window.
O’Malley’s Irish Pub
Located on deck 7, this traditional Irish pub features live music, interactive entertainment and mouth-watering menus. Open for lunch, dinner, and late-night fare, O’Malley’s serves up classic comfort food, including pub-style Fish & Chips, traditional Bangers & Mash, and home-cooked Shepherd’s Pie.

Sabatini’s
Sabatini’s can be found on deck 8 of Sun Princess, where guests can watch pasta being made fresh daily in a brand-new pasta room with sweeping circular windows. This Princess Cruises favourite features intimate bistro style design and a dramatic circular dining room.
On the tantalising menu, Creamy Burrata Caprese and Classic Beef Carpaccio feature alongside seafood dishes, primavera pasta and savoury meats. And if there’s still room for dessert, guests can choose from Italian favourites like Tiramisu, plus an array of pastries, tortes, and a ricotta cheesecake.
Umai Teppanyaki
Exclusive to Sun Princess, Umai Teppanyaki is a feast for the senses, fusing top cuisine and showmanship on deck 8 of the ship. Here, highly skilled Teppanyaki masters use fiery skills to create a mesmerising display on a sizzling hot grill.
Guests have front row seats to the slicing and dicing action, while sipping signature drinks, such as the Wasabi Cocktail and Japanese Martini. The exciting three-act show begins with starters like Pork Belly Yakitori; progresses to entrées like Black Cod in soy reduction and Filet Mignon with Champagne Cognac flambé; and ends with the finale of a charming Chocolate Bento Box dessert and green tea ice cream.

World Fresh Marketplace
Conveniently located next to the Piazza on deck 9, World Fresh Marketplace invites guests on a tantalising journey of flavours and experiences from around the world. The all-day gastronomic experience features nine food stations ranging from Mongolian barbeque and Tapas to Asian stir fry and panini stations.
Lido
On deck 17, the Lido Deck has something for everyone, with a laidback resort vibe and reimagined dining venues offering everything from sizzling burgers to vibrant salads. Enjoy the Lido Deck’s offerings poolside, then head to Coffee & Cones for a sweet treat of gourmet ice cream and speciality coffees!
