The SkyDome is one of the most unique features to Iona, and new to the cruise industry. With its glass dome roof and spacious layout, passengers will be able to soak up the natural light when present in the SkyDome. SkyDome sits on two decks; deck 16 is where you’ll find the action happening, with food and drink available, as well as a swimming pool, sun loungers and whirlpools. By day it’s a relaxation sanctuary and by night it transforms, the retractable stage offers a new venue for spectacular shows and performances.

The design is so beautiful, and the materials used to construct it are of such high quality, that I have no doubt people will be awed by it.”

seasons to sail fjords

From its conception, P&O knew Iona would be sailing to the Norwegian Fjords as every detail is maximised to showcase the everchanging views. The Fjords create a dramatic natural landscape that is forever changing, cruising through them is simply the best way to appreciate the snowcapped mountains. After her maiden season cruising, Iona will be heading to Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands and on to the rest of the Mediterranean.
