A whopping six new live productions, interactive gaming experiences, and more will be hosted onboard the brand-new Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity Cruises has revealed.
For the debut of Celebrity Ascent this December, Celebrity Cruises has worked with a range of creative leaders, who have worked on major productions in Las Vegas and the West End, to produce an array of glittering new entertainment, activities and experiences for guests sailing with the new ship.

Highlights from the new entertainment roster include:
Signature Resort Deck Party
Celebrity Ascent’s Resort Deck will transform into a nightlife hotspot, named Ascent After Dark: Shine the Night, and host high-energy live performances, a prism light show, and DJ sets. Guests will be encouraged to don their very best sparkly outfits and enjoy a pulsating evening onboard under the moon and stars during this event.
Fresh Theatre Shows
Blinding new production shows will be hosted in Celebrity Ascent’s Theatre, a tech-filled space kitted out with kinetic lighting, lasers and a massive LED screen, blurring the lines between digital effects and reality. New shows include Awaken, a sensory showcase of surreal dreams, and Residency, a loud and energetic concert show paying homage to renowned artists and Las Vegas residencies from Elvis to Lady Gaga, and Bridges, a heart-warming tale of human connection set against the backdrop of some of the world’s most iconic bridges.
Immersive Live Performances
Eden, a three-storey space located towards the back of Celebrity Ascent, will host a number of awe-inspiring acrobatics, sensational vocals and excellent choreography shows for guests. Shows will include Allure, a visual and vocal spectacle following an artist searching for inspiration, Shimmerbox, a collage of dancing hits, and Dreams, a fantastical show featuring interactive games and live acts.
Epic Interactive Activities
Alongside live shows and acts, guests will be able to get stuck into a plethora of complimentary new gaming and interactive activities. Fresh experiences include Game On, an augmented multiplayer interactive competition, Guilty Pleasure, a karaoke extravaganza with a twist or two!, and Sands of Time, an escape-style game whereby teams have to work together to unlock a series of puzzles against the clock.
As well as all these new shows, acts and live activities, Celebrity Ascent will be home to plenty of soothing live music and beloved Edge Class entertainment, from Silent Discos and Tune to Table Live Band Karaoke to ABBA sing-along parties and Pickleball at Sea.
