Celebrity Cruises is getting us very excited for 2022 after teasing us with some information on their brand new ship, Celebrity Beyond. This will be the third ship to join their revolutionary Edge Class series and you can expect to see even more from their innovative outward-facing designs.
To ensure that Celebrity Beyond continues to push the boundaries of an Edge Class ship, Celebrity Cruises have reunited their team of architects and designers who worked together on Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Apex. They’ll be expanding their designer’s roles even further with this ship to “expand the way travel inspires you” according to their website.
Not only that but this ship will also be stretched in length to create even more outdoor space for guests including a two-story Sunset Bar created by world-famous designer Nate Berkus and a redesigned Rooftop Garden by interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE which will bring passengers even closer to the water’s edge.

Dining
As we all know, dining onboard any cruise ship is one of the most important things when choosing your ship. You want to spoil yourself with all the delicious food these chefs can rustle up and Celebrity Beyond, will not disappoint when it comes to what you’ll be eating.
Going a step beyond its sister ships, onboard Celebrity Beyond guests can choose from not only one but from four complimentary main restaurants each offering a different dining experience with signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world.
The ship will also have a number of speciality restaurants onboard for passengers looking for something a little more special including Le Voyage which has been created by Celebrity Cruises Global Culinary Ambassador, Daniel Boulud. Travel has inspired some of Chef Daniel’s mouthwatering dishes which will be paired by the ship’s sommeliers with the perfect wine to give diners the ultimate, culinary experience.
Onboard Experience
Whether you’re travelling with friends or on your own, Celebrity Beyond offers a range of indoor and outdoor areas for you to enjoy whilst onboard. Celebrity Cruises re-enlisted design firm Jouin Manku to reimagine The Grand Plaza which is a three-story space inspired by the piazzas of Italy where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. If you’re looking to admire the endless views of the ocean, then you can head up to Rooftop Garden, which now extends right over the water’s edge.
As well as enhancing some features onboard, Celebrity Beyond will also play host to some iconic Edge Class venues including the Magic Carpet, a cantilevered floating bar that is situated on the starboard side of the ship, Eden, a multi-level cafe, restaurant and bar area and The Theatre, an entertainment venue with mind-blowing technology.
Spa & Fitness
With 124 therapies and treatments, 8 Sea Thermal Suite experiences and 23 treatment rooms, there’s no doubt that the spa onboard Celebrity Beyond will be on your to-do list whilst onboard. Access is complimentary to guests staying in AquaClass accommodation.
The Fitness Centre onboard is full of all the latest state-of-the-art Technogym weight machines and cardio equipment as well as a selection of gym classes including yoga, Peloton and Pulse Barre.
After a day of working out and relaxing in the spa, finish off your experience with some nourishing food in the Spa Cafe and juice bar or take your health kick into the evening and head to the Blu restaurant, exclusively for Aquaclass guests, where you can enjoy clean and delicious cuisine complemented by an extensive list of sustainable and biodynamic wines.
