If you’re a regular cruise passenger and a lover of fine dining you’re bound to be thrilled by Celebrity Cruises‘ latest offering. The line has unveiled its new and exclusive Suite Class restaurant, Luminae.
Set to debut this coming April, the luxury restaurant will be open to Suite Class guests, providing them with a dining experience like no other.
Luminae combines a modern, eclectic mix of high-quality cuisine, offering passengers breakfast, lunch and dinner at no additional cost.
Each item on the menu will be featured only once during a two-week sailing, with every dish bound to set everyone’s taste buds alight.
Upscale dishes will include caviar, cote de boeuf and black truffle risotto. Signature plates will be prepared before guests’ very own eyes, with gourmet chocolates and a desserts cart presented every night.
Each menu will also provide suggested wines that will complement each dish.
John Suley, James Beard award-nominated chef for Celebrity Cruises, said: “Everything about Luminae embodies an inspirational culinary journey for our guests. Every menu has been precisely designed with our guests’ varied palates in mind.”
The ambience of the restaurant captures the essence of light, with the large windows looking out over the beautiful seas.
Luminae restaurant will feature the entire of the Celebrity fleet of ships.
