Carnival Set To Release Festive Ale and Beach Lager

Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled their new seasonal beer at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver.  Parched Pig Pumpkin Ale will be joining the brewery’s four other custom beers. The Parched Pig brewery has been partnered with Carnival Cruise line since early 2018 and has been a big hit on board, going great alongside any meal from Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse.

Parched Pig Pumpkin Ale is a full-bodied beer with a hint of spice and notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel. Making this beer blend perfect for those fall months. It will be available on draft and 22-ounce “bombers” in all bars and lounges across the fleet. The entire process of brewing, fermentation and bottling all Parched Pig beers and ales is done onboard Carnival ships.

“We’re constantly evolving our beverage choices, including the quality and variety of our beers, and this was the perfect opportunity to debut the new ParchedPig Pumpkin Ale and announce ParchedPig Beach Lager as we continue to provide our guests with even more exciting choices onboard.” said Edward Allen, vice president of beverage operations for Carnival Cruise Line.

Additionally, Carnival and Parched Pig Brewery will be launching an all-new beer. Parched Pig Beach Lager will be debuting on the new Carnival Panorama this December. The lager is an easy-drinking refreshing brew and will also be brewed and bottled exclusively aboard Carnival ships, joining the award-winning beers and ales by Parched Pig.

“ParchedPig Beach Lager is light, drinkable beer that’s a personal favourite of mine and serves as the perfect accompaniment for whatever guests want to do onboard, whether it’s relaxing by the pool or enjoying a delicious barbecue,” said Colin Presby, brewmaster for Carnival Cruise Line.
