After launching the Azamara Onward earlier this spring, Azamara are delighted to deliver a taste of the Onward’s exclusive Atlas Bar to the rest of their fleet. From August 2022, guests enjoying any Azamara voyage can sample the expansive “Atlas Bar Experience” which offers a range of the specialty venue’s highly sought after destination-inspired drinks in The Den.
Initially exclusive to the Azamara Onward – Azamara’s latest ship – the Atlas Bar debuted this spring. With this inclusion the specialty venue offers an individualistic onboard experience of artisanal cocktails that gain inspiration from a range of unique locations Azamara ships have visited.
These cocktails feature freshly squeezed juices and handmade syrups that evoke sumptuous flavours making for an unmissable experience, and can be paired well with a luxurious menu of slight dishes, both hot and cold, including beef tartare topped with caviar and shaved truffle, smoked lobster crudo, and more.
“The response from our guests about Atlas Bar has been even more positive than we had anticipated. The designer created a beautiful space that really complements the cocktail and food menus that our food and beverage team worked so hard to perfect. I couldn’t be more proud of the team’s work here, and we wanted to be able to offer the experience on our other ships, even if we didn’t have the same physical space,” said Scott Daniels, AVP of Hotel Operations for Azamara.
Taking place onboard Azamara JourneyⓇ, Azamara PursuitⓇ and Azamara QuestⓇ, the “Atlas Bar Experience” can be found in The Den; a spacious, welcoming and elegant lounge completed with travel books, guides and destination focused activities. The skilled bartenders onboard Azamara ships will create wonderful moments manifesting as premium cocktails from Atlas Bar such as the London Fog Martini, Tuscan Delight and guest favourite, Heart of Azamara. The premium food offered by Atlas Bar remains exclusive to Azamara Onward.
Celebrating its christening in May 2022 in Monte Carlo, Monaco, the Onward enjoyed a buoyant maiden voyage along the expansive Italian coast, setting off in style.
