Royal Caribbean

Anthem of the Seas

Royal Caribbean’s 2020 programme will see the return of Quantum-Class ship Anthem of the Seas to Southampton and will go on sale five months early!

Take me back to the email!

2020

The line will also deploy Ovation of the Seas to Alaska, making it the first Quantum-class ship to sail in the region.

Ex-UK and Europe departures in 2020 will be available to book from November 20th, while Alaska sailings will go on sale on November 6th.

UK and Ireland managing director, Ben Bouldin, said programmes would not normally go on sale until March, but demand was “strong” and there was less to sell for 2019.

Royal’s seven-night Caribbean itineraries will go on sale December 11th, including those on four Oasis-class ships due to be deployed to the region in 2020.

“This region will showcase the very best of our Oasis-class ship and everything a Caribbean holiday has to offer,” he said.

P&O

Iona

P&O’s Iona is the one everybody can’t stop taking about- it will be the largest ever vessel built specifically for the British market (it’s name was a public suggestion chosen out of 30,000 other submitted options!)

2020

Iona will arrive in Southampton in 2020 and she will be sailing from here to the Norwegian Fjords!

She is the absolute ideal ship to sail to Norway in with her design to maximise views and let the outside in with the glass walls of the Grand Atrium blessing you with the best panoramas of the region’s dramatic landscapes.

Celebrity

Celebrity Apex

Celebrity’s second Edge-class ship will in fact be named in Southampton in April 2020!

President and CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo stated: “When Celebrity Apex launches in Southampton in April 2020, it will be another incredible moment for our company and the UK market, especially as it will be 10 years since we last named and operated a brand new ship from the UK (with Celebrity Eclipse in 2010).”

2020

This will make it the very first time Celebrity will operate two ships from the UK’s largest port, with Celebrity Silhouette returning to Southampton for her third consecutive year.

Lutoff-Perlo also revealed that Celebrity Apex’s initial itineraries will be revealed when she goes on sale on November 29th 2018.

Cunard

Queen Mary 2

This will be Cunard’s only World Voyage! Departing from Southampton (or New York), the iconic flagship will take guests to explore the wonders of the Orient, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa.

2020

QM2 will sail 99 nights to take you to 28 countries and, just two years since her last luxury refurbishment, she is ready to give you a cruise hard to forget.
