What makes us book a cruise holiday instead of a regular holiday?

This is a question I get asked a lot in work outside of work on nights out or with friends and family. 

As a huge fan of cruise holidays myself having been on my very first one when I was just 6 years old I always give the following responses :

Why not?

I want to be looked after like no other holiday looks after their clients as well as a cruise ship does.

Gives you the freedom to do what you want when you want too.

Great destinations.

There’s a type of cruise holiday out there  to suit everyone.

Great deals special offers and reduced fares.

Book early to save for longer.  

Sailing from the Uk means no airport queues no luggage restrictions.

If you suffer with mobility problems or medical reasons that restrict you from flying a cruise is ideal as you will be well looked after and catered for.

If you have a certain diet and are worried about food options you are so well looked after by the cruise ships and they will adapt to your diet and offer healthier options or if you follow a strict diet they cater for everyone you will never go hungry on a cruise.

If you love going to the theatre you will love the broadway shows that some of the cruises offer I have seen everything from Hairspray the musical to Stand up comedy.

The childrens facilities onboard some of the larger family ships are incredible and will keep them entertained for hours.

If you want to get away from children and have a child free holiday there are some wonderful adult only choices. 

So above are just one or two examples of why you should think about booking a cruise holiday and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
