A quantum leap into the next era of dining

If you don’t want set dining times, set tables and no required  formal nights then welcome to Royal Caribbean’s Quantum class of ships and Dynamic dining. This is a radical change in our traditional world of cruise  when it comes to dining.

With dynamic dining you have more options and flexibilty to experience 18 unique dining venues .

Rather than one or two main dining rooms, five  included, full-service restaurants will be featured on Quantum and Anthem of the Seas. Each will feature a set menu. Rather than being forced to  choose early or late seating, passengers can visit any of the four venues for dinner at any time they like.

The dress code at three of the dining rooms will be casual, but ‘The grande’ is for those who love to dress up in their finest. From Beef Wellington to Chicken a l’Orange, Roasted Scallops to Sole Almondine, the world’s favorite classic dishes will be served in ‘The Grande’.

The American Icon Grill , a modern take on a classic American cuisine and expect to find ‘ New Orleans’ famous gumbo.,New England clam chowder,Southern buttermilk fried chicken on the menu. 

Chic is a contemporary  dining venue where all the modern dishes made from scratch such as beef rib-eye, lamb chops, Mediterranean sea bass.

Silk is a asian  inspired restaurant a menu influenced by the tastes of China, India, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam,

For Suite passengers only they  get one more fee-free choice ,Coastal Kitchen is a mediterranean influenced  venue serving items like golden beet salad and grilled vegetable flatbread.

There are also going to be three  Specialty Restaurants created by celebrity chefs  including the first-at-sea of Jamie Oliver’s ‘ Jamie’s Italian ‘, James Beard Award-winner Michael Schwartz ‘Michael’s Genuine Pub’ then finally  a sit down restaurant designed by Devin Alexander the chef for the tv programme The biggest loser , ‘Devinly Decadence’ where you will find dishes served are under 500 calories. 

There are also a whole host of other dining venues from laid back around the clock favorites ‘Windjammer, Cafe promenade , Sorrento’s the list continue’s
