I’m off On MSC Preziosa

I have now finished work until 10 October.

On Wednesday 25 September I am off on MSC Preziosa for 7 nights.  I have sailed twice before with MSC on the Poesia & Opera a few years ago so really looking forward to seeing this ship.

We have a group of over 200 passengers on board so we will be assisting them whilst on the ship and then assist them at the end as they go off to do a tour in Lake Garda & Venice, unfortunately, we don’t get to go with them and will fly home from Genoa after we have seen them off.

I am a member of a Facebook group for the Preziosa and the feedback from passengers who have sailed is very good so I’m hoping we have a good experience also, I’m sure we will.  I’m happy to be on any ship anyway so will make the most of it.

I am travelling with my colleague Zoe and we have a balcony cabin on deck 8 – I’m so happy as do love a balcony to sit and relax and watch the world go by.

We sail from Southampton so I have booked the train directly from Coventry, I have used this service before and is really good, getting in approx 12.30 pm in time to board the ship.

I have been to all of these ports before but I do love Barcelona & Lisbon. We will probably just get off and do our own thing as done the tours previously.

On my return from this cruise on 2 October I am on annual leave as it is my birthday on 7th October and my husband Adam is taking me off to York for a few days so I’m also looking forward to this. I haven’t been to York since my school days so will be nice to see it again, not that I remember any of it.
