Third Solar Eclipse Voyage Added To Princess Cruises' 2026 Season

Princess Cruises has announced a third voyage in its highly anticipated 2026 Total Solar Eclipse cruise series.

The '14-day Mediterranean & Adriatic with Total Solar Eclipse cruise' will be onboard Enchanted Princess, departing round-trip from Rome on 4th August 2026. This extraordinary sailing will blend the magic of a rare celestial event with immersive exploration across Southern Europe's most iconic coastal cities.

Enchanted Princess joins Sky (8th August 2026 from Southampton) and Sun Princess (7-, 14-, and 21-day cruises departing from Barcelona and Athens) in offering eclipse-focused itineraries, further cementing the cruise line's commitment to delivering one-of-a-kind experiences that combine travel and wonder.

Guests onboard the Echanted Princess solar eclipse sailing will be able to view this two-minute natural wonder off the coast of Eastern Spain on 12th August 2026. During this unforgettable occasion, guests can gather on the top decks with Princess eclipse viewing glasses, as well as enjoy lectures from astronomy experts, themed treats and drinks, stargazing at night, solar system trivia and more.

Guests are also encouraged to set up their own telescopes and don their best festive eclipse-themed clothing and accessories.
