Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has officially revealed a wave of fleet enhancements aboard two of its most popular Jewel-class vessels, Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem.

Designed around direct feedback from past cruisers, the upgrades bring several of the cruise line's most sought-after signature amenities to both ships, ensuring a consistent and elevated experience across the entire fleet.

From expanded thermal spa retreats designed for deep recovery after long days in port to serene outdoor sanctuaries built exclusively for adults, these refurbishments give passengers even more control over how they unwind.

Highlighting the vision behind the multi-ship revitalisation, Marc Kazlauskas, President of Norwegian Cruise Line, emphasised the importance of guest-centric design:

At the heart of the overhaul is a complete reimagining of the award-winning Mandara Spa and Salon's Thermal Suite.

The updated layout is now centred around an upgraded reception area and features three times as many of NCL's famous heated tile loungers, allowing more passengers to soak up the warmth while enjoying floor-to-ceiling ocean views.
