Cunard Brings Hit Musical 'Come From Away' to the Seas on Queen Elizabeth

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning show will make its exclusive debut onboard Queen Elizabeth this October, during her maiden Caribbean voyage. This marks a major milestone for the hit production as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

The moving story, written by Irene Sankoff and David Hein, tells the remarkable true tale of 6,579 air passengers stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, in the aftermath of 9/11, and the incredible warmth of the locals who welcomed them. 

Packed with emotion, music, and humour, the show has wowed audiences from Broadway to London’s West End, and now it’s sailing with Cunard.

A First For Theatre at Sea

The exclusive production has been specially adapted for life at sea and will be performed twice per sailing in the ship’s grand Royal Court Theatre, including matinee and evening shows.

With a run time of 1 hour 40 minutes and a cast of 12 performers, it promises to capture all the heart and magic of the original production, while giving guests a fresh perspective.
