All-New Spaces Onboard Celebrity Xcel Revealed

Details of a completely new collection of entertainment, spa, and dining spaces - set to debut onboard Celebrity Cruises' latest ship, Celebrity Excel - have been revealed!

Setting sail for the first time in November 2025, the Edge Class ship will feature a refreshed pool deck, updated spa, and new alfresco restaurant, while also showcasing classic Edge Class favourites, like the Magic Carpet and Infinite Veranda staterooms.

Bora

This alfresco restaurant is all about brilliant brunches and romantic dinners combined with epic sea views. The restaurant's core menu will focus on Mediterranean flavours, accompanied by expertly shaken and stirred cocktails, perfect for couples looking for an elegant date night venue.

Celebrity Pool Club & Poolest Day Ever

The refreshed Celebrity Pool Club will be home to more shady spots, attentive Pool Valets, big entertainment, and even VIP cabanas available to book.

This sun-soaked deck will also host Poolest Day Ever - dubbed a "whole new side of poolside" by Celebrity Cruises. Expect to dive into a range of activities hosted by the club, such as live music, guided meditation, pop-up shows, friendly pool games, and Shine the Night poolside parties under the stars.

Attic At The Club & The Annex

Get competitive at The Attic, a glittering space ideal for games with friends. The space hosts a number of different games, including pool, darts and even arcade favourites.

Additionally, the Attic will be home to exclusive venue The Annex - a private space with its own virtual simulator loaded up with popular sports such as baseball, golf, and even football! The Attic, Celebrity Cruises has said, can also be utilised to celebrate special occasions and private parties.

The Spa & Hydra Room

Find your inner zen at the newly designed Spa. This peaceful area of Celebrity Xcel will feature two soothing new spaces - the Hydra Room and Vitamin D Deck.

Celebrity Cruises' Hydra Room, part of the Thermal Suite, promises to utilise the power of water to leave you feeling refreshed. On deck, the Vitamin D Deck is the ultimate, stylish space attached to the spa, where you can relax, unwind and breathe in ocean views.

Guests can experience the serene new Spa on Celebrity Xcel, if they choose an incredible AquaClass stateroom - elevated, spa-inspired accommodations which include unlimited, complimentary access to the SEA Thermal Suite.

Celebrity Flagship Store

Another first for Celebrity Cruises, this part museum, part retail space will host a range of interactive experiences and curated exhibits. Guests will be able to purchase Xcel exclusive items, vintage collectables, and Celebrity Cruises' branded products here too.

Previously, Celebrity Cruises has also announced that Celebrity Xcel will be their first ship to host an exclusive "destination immersion district at sea" named The Bazaar. This immersive area will bring culture, sights and sounds of destinations to life at its very own Market and exquisite restaurant Mosaic.
