• Ability to ‘make a difference on the phone’ and impress customers with a memorable personality.

• Superb sales technique incorporating a business-like thought process.

• Articulate with a professional approach both verbally & in writing.

• Supremely organised and better than basic computer skills.

• We provide a basic salary for home-workers (and the same for sales consultants in the sales call centre) of £15k basic plus commission. (Note - anyone earning more than that we will still guarantee their last basic salary up to a max of £18,000 for the first 2 months whilst they get in the swing of things). 
• Commission is a % of the profit generated with the % payout increasing the more profit you bring in each month. You also earn ‘money per booking’ on top of the profit generated. The average earnings in 2011 were £23,500 with the better sellers earning between £25-40k. (The top seller was £70k). 
• Commission is paid monthly when a booking is made NOT held over till the passengers depart. 
• We provide a constant flow of leads generated from our websites as well as phone calls. 
• We provide a laptop with no fees. 
• 50% of earnings paid for maternity & paternity. 
• 4 weeks holiday in addition to education cruise trips. 
• Open 7 days a week, phone lines open 8am to 10pm.
