Stag do!

Yes, you read right. It’s my stag do coming up this weekend. There were times I never thought i’d have one. Now that i’m getting married next month it’s time for my Stag do. My wife to be has just had her Hen party. I’ve got an idea of what will be happening but it’s still being kept a secret from me. I just hope the boys are being kind.

Me and my Girlfriend are due to fly to Orlando at the end of this month and we get Married on the 5th October at Paradise Cove, LBV Orlando. It’s been in the planning for the last few years and is almost upon us. She says I have been dragging my heels as we have been together for 8 years. my response is I don’t like to rush things.

It’s funny how Men & Women see things differently. She’s apparently got me a Game Over T-Shirt – under new management she says. We’re looking forward to it and I will upload some photos and tell you all about it on my return. We have a healthy number of friends & family joining us. 30 people in total so we’re quite pleased with that considering the distance we’re asking people to travel.

Anyway, this will be just a land base holiday too, no cruise this time. Our next cruise is next September when we go to Alaska with Royal Caribbean. Looking forward to that as Alaska has always been on my Bucket List.  Getting back to the Stag do, I’m a little nervous. Not that I don’t trust my friends but I’ve never been out where I’m actually the centre of attention. I’m pretty sure the lads have lined up some activities for the day and apparently Paint balling is one of them. I think I’ll need to add some extra padding to my clothing as not sure the better half will appreciate me turning up covered in bruises. I’m sure whatever they have arranged I’ll enjoy it.
