What an Amazing Holiday

I’ve just got back off an amazing holiday in Goa (India) and what a brilliant time I’ve had as many of you will know from my last blog is that I’ve been before 16 years ago, I haven’t stayed this time in the same resort as I did last time but all I can say is I LOVED IT, yes it helped that my mum and dad go every year to Goa and stay for 6 months but this holiday was for my mums 60th birthday and was just supposed to be a one time thing, but me and my partner, sister, niece and my daughter absolutely loved it and were thinking about doing it next year ( well not thinking about it) this is something I will be booking for us all.

We Flew Thomas Cook and I was a bit worried as I don’t normally like them as an airline but I can honestly say that I was very impressed, on the way out the check-in was open more than 3 hours before as we got there really early then check-in staff was lovely and what did surprise me   is that on the plane they had a downstairs toilet, now this wouldn’t be much to everyone else but to me for a charter flight this was really nice, the staff was lovely and what made the flight even better is that my Daughter who is 2 was as good as gold the whole flight, which is better that I had last year when we went to Jamaica.

Goa is a place that you would love or hate there is no in between YES it is a culture shock and YES you do get millions of cows walking pass you everyday but this is the life that they have, the Roads over there I could write an a story on this as I would never drive over there (I hated crossing the road) especially having a pram it was shocking is all I can say.

But with some of the negatives I loved it and we would defiantly be going back next year as my Sister and partner can’t have a lot of time of between November and December, I think they will go for two weeks again, me I’m thinking I need to go for three weeks why stay here in the cold when I can be over there in the warmth plus my Little Girl Lillie- Rose would love it.
