Crystal Cruises wins 21st CN Traveller award

Crystal Cruises has been awarded the Readers’ Choice number one award for the Midsize Cruise Ship Line category.

Its score of 90.142 was the highest of all small, midsize and large vessels, showcasing the company’s high standard of ships in a highly competitive industry.

Crystal Symphony is one of its most modern ships following a $20 million (£12.4 million) renovation, introducing a new outdoor Fitness Garden, revamped spa and casino spaces and new features in the ship’s Crystal Plaza and Crystal Cove Bar.

Over recent years, the cruise line has spent more than $140 million in ship makeovers, including a $17 million overhaul of the Crystal Serenity ship in November 2013.

“Winning this award demonstrates how highly our guests value our commitment to creating the ultimate luxury cruise experience.”
