Don’t forget your bath robe!

I have just had a client come back off a P&O sailing, a little disgruntled as the balcony cabin she was in did not have a bath robe in!

This is a new think with P&O now and depending on what stateroom you have also depends on whether you get a robe or not! So here is  a breakdown of the ships where robes are or are not provided.

‘Bath robes and slippers are provided in suites on all ships, in mini suites only on Arcadia, Aurora, Oceana and Oriana and Superior Deluxe Balcony cabins on Azura and Ventura’

So what P&O are basically saying is if you book a standard balcony or lower on any of their ships no bath robes are provided.  So in essence take your own. Is this P&O Carnival Corporation getting tight again with non essential perks for guests? Will they stop here or go further with charging to use towels by the pool or a tariff for the amount of toilet paper you use? (a little tongue in cheek in know)

Where will the cruise line stop with cut backs? I did hear that one of their ships ran out of hand sanitizer recently, now that is an essential commodity to have on a ship to prevent the spread of the Noro Virus, which is a major concern.  Come on P&O stop being a cheap cruise line, you will lose loyal clients by doing this!!
