1960’s Conference

Its that time of year again where companies across the nation are preparing for their Christmas parties, Our company is no different. Actually that’s not strictly true we are very different and very proud to be.

Cruise.co don’t just have a Christmas Party we have a 4 day Conference complete with fancy dress and plenty of food and drink.

As a homeworker its one of the best things about December that you spend all year speaking to your colleagues on the phone  but now we get the opportunity to all get together and enjoy a wonderful few days of work and play.

For educational reasons conference is fantastic, we have all the cruise experts in to chat to us about all the innovations and new announcements and all the reasons why next year will be so exciting for you lot “our Cruise Customers”

we even get the opportunity to win cruises with lots of wonderful cruise competitions. Its a chance to be both inspired and rewarded and everyone feels genuinely valued after their first conference.

This year the Play element of the trip is set to be lots of fun. We are having a Christmas Jumper day in the restaurant as well as a 1960’s themed fancy dress party.

Butlin’s are used to entertaining large groups and I am really looking forward to seeing the live singers. I grew up with 60’s music so I know it’s right up my street.

Where are you heading to this Christmas? Is your company like ours of the opinion that Christmas parties really matter or do they just contribute towards a meal out.

We are officially one of the Sunday times best companies to work for and I can see that Management and directors alike take pride in Christmas conference. There is a feeling that each conference should outdo the last one. Im certain this year will not disappoint.

I look forward to sharing some photos here on my next blog.
