Firstly I would like to wish you a very happy New Year and I hope that in the coming year you are able to make some more wonderful memories when travelling on your holidays.

The picture is of me and my two children aged 17 and 20 years together with my dog Buster, which was taken on Christmas Day which I spent with family and friends. My daughter is at university so it was so lovely to have her home, washing and all 🙂

In 2017 I will have been in this industry for 29 years, yes I started in travel when I was just 16 years old and have spent the 29 years sending 1000’s of  customers on many holidays and dream cruises. And what a fantastic job it is I do.

ON the left you will see over 500 rate my service comments from customers who have previously booked with me because even though I can tell you about the experience I have, it is nice to see what customers have actually said about the service I offer. It is like my very only personal tryp advisor.

I work from home which enables me to look after you 7 days a week, I will look after you from the very start and even call you once you are home to see how your holiday went. I am truly passionate about giving you the best possible service from start to finish.

I see some of you book direct with the cruiseline, but before you do give me a call and let me see if I can do better, I normally do and can offer you FREE Parking or FREE on board spend to say thankyou for your booking.

I am lucky to have been on over 30 cruises now some with family and some with work which enables me to offer you honest advice and match your cruise to suit your needs. Many customers call me for suggestions on not only cruiselines but also cabin locations too as I am quite particular where my cabin needs to be. You really don’t need to book anywhere else. Just pick up the phone and call me. I sell all cruises from no fly to River and Luxury Brands too and also specialise in cruise and stay holidays worldwide. I was lucky to experience one of our Bucket List packages to Japan this year. Wow what a truly memorable holiday it was.

I pride myself in my work and it has been great to be honoured with Cruise Agent of the Year 2016 and Homeworker of the Year in 2014. These accolades are a huge thankyou for being committed and passionate about my customers and the job I do. I know that I couldn’t do this job if it wasn’t for you and your loyalty in some of you booking your cruise holidays with me time and time again so thankyou 🙂
