    Please take my advice...

and book for Christmas 2013 this month.

For Christmas 2011 a balcony cabin booked early for P&O's Christmas cruise cost £2399pp

For Christmas 2012 a balcony cabin booked early cost £2399pp

To book a balcony cabin for Christmas 2012 today, the current price is £3515pp. This cruise has INCREASED in price by over 50%.

However for the 3rd year in a row P&O have reduced the fares for early bookers and for Ventura's Christmas Cruise a balcony cabin is just £2184pp and they are throwing in FREE CAR PARKING at the airport.

I know many people think it is not always the best idea to book early but in the case of Christmas it certainly is.

Ventura sails on 21st December 2013 and you have a choice of a 1 night stay on board in Barbados either before or after the sailing and a choice of departure airports - Manchester, Gatwick, Birmingham or Glasgow. She visits the following Caribbean Islands

    21 Dec - Barbados
    22 Dec - Grenada
    23 Dec - St Lucia
    24 Dec - Dominica
    25 Dec - At Sea
    26 Dec - St Kitts
    27 Dec - St Maarten
    28 Dec - Tortola
    29 Dec - At Sea
    30 Dec - Curacao
    31 Dec - Bonaire
    01 Dec - At Sea
    02 Dec - At Sea
    03 Dec - Barbados

If you book early the prices you will pay are:
    Inside - £1661pp
    Outside obstructed view - £1661pp
    Outside - £2041pp
    Balcony - £2184pp
    Suite - £3276pp

    Single Inside - £2374pp
    Single Outside - £2991pp

Everyone will recveive free parking at the airport and past passengers receive up to £150pp on board credit.
(Please note their is a £50pp supplement for Glasgow)

Xmas there were enough late bargains this winter,

It's New year that tends to be expensive.

You can sometimes get late bargains if you are only travelling as a couple and can fly from London. However in my experience you are better to book early if you want a family cabin, regional airports or cabins close to friends / family. This sailing will be popular as it is one of the only ones to cover Christmas and New Year and fits the school holidays perfectly.

    Hi Diane
I'm not sure why they are charging more from Glasgow, they used to charge a supplement from all of the regional airports but next year they are offering less departure points and only charging for Glasgow. I am assuming they have had to pay the airlines more for the Glasgow route.
