Thomson Are Expanding

Thomson are really coming into their own when it comes to cruise’s. Initially when you think of Thomson’s you think Bucket and Spade. The launch of Discovery 2 is set for this summer following the ever successful TUI Discovery, followed next year by TUI Explorer. So what makes Thomson’s an excellent alternative, well here’s why.

I am yet to experience a Thomson ship but not one customer that I have booked has come back and complained. Everyone says how lovely the food is and the entertainment really is entertaining. What more could you ask for on a cruise holiday?

They really are upping their game with the new TUI Explorer which is being launched Summer 2018- this will be the biggest Thomson cruise line to date offering even more facilities than their other ships in the fleet. Here is what you can expect:

Passengers – 1924

10 Restaurants – Offering anything from Sushi to everyone’s favorite steak, Tapas, Pizza and plenty more. There really is something for everyone!

Entertainment wise there is the Broadway show lounge, casino, Indigo for those who like to dance the night away listening to the recent tunes played by the on board DJ.

Also for the younger cruises they can enjoy a round of crazy golf, the outdoor pool, whirlpools, Gamer zone or the hideout for the older children. While they are busy doing this mum can treat herself to a treatment at the spa while dad burns a few of those extra calories in the gym. Of course this could be the other way round as I don’t want to be stereo typical!
