Where in the world…

January, one of the busiest times in a travel agents life. And this January has been no exception.

Christmas is over, the new year has started and people are now deciding where to go for their annual holiday.  With offers galore from all the major holiday tour operators and cruise lines, the world is literally your oyster.

In my 26 years of working in travel, I was very fortunate in the early years to travel long haul and whenever I got the opportunity this is exactly what I did, it was before mortgages and major responsibilities (ahhh the memories). From the Caribbean to Australia and a few places in between if I coud afford it I went.

There is still a lot of places left on my list to see, but as we all know, getting older means more responsibility and some of these places may have to wait until the larger bills are paid and there is more money in the ‘holiday fund’ and the good thing is these places are not going anywhere.

However. saying that, sometimes the deals are just to good to pass up on. Take the Tailor made section we have here at cruise.co, the deals are fantastic and the itineraries put together to make the most of the destinations. Be it short haul or long haul, there is something for everyone’s taste and budget. Take a look at just some of the offers we currently have at amazing prices Our Tailor Made Collection

So, of all the places I have been, more so long haul than short haul, I have a few favourites. To see a full list of where I have travelled check out my blog page further places I have been

Barbados, the perfect Caribbean Island with a 2nd close being St Kitts and Nevis.
