bed linen was quite
disgraceful. Lots of
stains and black marks so
I asked for it to be
changed. Our steward
told us that all the
linen was clean...

Ruby. Arived at port
11.30am and handed over
baggage at dock side.
Less than an hour later
were in our balcony cabin
on deck 9. Our luggage
arived over 7 hours later
