Try being confined to cabin after catching the norovirus - then it suddenly becomes even smaller........staff were very attentitive and welfare phoned and visited several times. Thankfully only missed Barcelona as symptoms were clear after 24 hrs....crew friendly - but after 6 cruises and this one having the unfortunate incident - probably wont cruise again for many years. Apparently there were over 150 cases on board. I lost count the number of people I followed into the buffet area completely ignoring the hand sanitisers etc.... No reflection on Thomson or their service.

I was on this same cruise on the 13th Oct for my 60th and as far as I know I did not here of one case of illness, but I would have to say the hand sanitisers are everywhere and I know that lot of holiday makers did not use them they are at fault not the cruise ship. We my husband and I had a great holiday its what you make it and if you want to stay in your cabin I would suggest that you stay at home, you could upgrade to an outside plus which was a larger cabin than that of maybe a normal outside cabin.
