Thoroughly enjoyed the 6 night cruise . Cabin , food , drinks and entertainment were excellent , but the best by far was the friendliness of the other passengers . We met some very nice people . The worst thing was the captain's cocktail party . There was no point at all in getting us into the Broadway Lounge in order for the captain to introduce his staff . There was no opportunity to speak to other passengers and no drinks were served after the initial small glass of wine on our entry to the Broadway lounge .
There were no problems with supply of sun loungers and I believe new ones must have been bought for deck 11 . Very comfortable !
We would have welcomed open seating in Orion restaurant at dinner , but for some reason we were always shown to a table for 2 . Of course we should have said that we prefer to be sociable , but we were never given a choice in this .
Quality of Food
Ate breakfast and lunch in Sirens most days and in Orion restaurant for dinner I was put off the Lido by the queues , but when I had lunch there on our penultimate day . I found it excellent
Particularly enjoyed Al's singing and piano playing in DeLo Bar . Shows were all good
We did our own trips
Too many to name . Bar staff were excellent
Never found the time to use casino facilities , so will have to save that for the next time
Yes Outside cabin on Deck 7 and very comfortable
