We have just returned from our third cruise with Thomson on the Dream. What a fantastic holiday! We loved eating in Sirens and the Lido where the staff were all friendly and helpful. In fact staff all over the ship couldn't help enough. They all spoke if we passed them and many remembered our names and faces. The cabin was beautiful and incredibly spacious with a large window. The bathroom was lovely except for the bath which needed replacing. However that was a small point which didn't make an iota of difference to our holiday. The excursions offered were varied and suitable for all ages and abilities. However, on the days we didn't go on an excursion, maps and helpful hints were available at every port with shuttle buses or boats laid on in two cases. There were plenty of activities available for those who wanted them. We enjoyed a cocktail demonstration, quizzes and live music during the day as well as just relaxing in the sunshine with plenty of drinks being imbibed from the fantastic all-inclusive drinks package (free to those who book early). The evening entertainment was the best we've experienced and we went to every show. The show team were also very friendly off-stage and quite happy to stand and chat even when they weren't "on duty". We have already booked a cruise on the Dream for next year and booked the same cabin - we can't wait!

We ate breakfast, dinner and supper in the Lido, lunch in Sirens, afternoon tea and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres in the Argo Lounge - don't expect to lose weight on a cruise!
The Music of Queen show was superb and the guest comedian was hilarious. I had tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks.
We loved Easy Pisa which included a short coach trip followed by a Trolley Train ride to the Field of Miracles, time to view the Leaning Tower, the Baptistry and the Cathedral before a Trolley Train tour round the City of Pisa.
We found Jocelyn in the Argo Lounge to be a lovely lady. She couldn't do enough for us and had a wonderful sense of humour.
