We have just returned from our third cruise with Thomson on the Dream. What a fantastic holiday! We loved eating in Sirens and the Lido where the staff were all friendly and helpful. In fact staff all over the ship couldn't help enough. They all spoke if we passed them and many remembered our names and faces. The cabin was beautiful and incredibly spacious with a large window. The bathroom was lovely except for the bath which needed replacing. However that was a small point which didn't make an iota of difference to our holiday. The excursions offered were varied and suitable for all ages and abilities. However, on the days we didn't go on an excursion, maps and helpful hints were available at every port with shuttle buses or boats laid on in two cases. There were plenty of activities available for those who wanted them. We enjoyed a cocktail demonstration, quizzes and live music during the day as well as just relaxing in the sunshine with plenty of drinks being imbibed from the fantastic all-inclusive drinks package (free to those who book early). The evening entertainment was the best we've experienced and we went to every show. The show team were also very friendly off-stage and quite happy to stand and chat even when they weren't "on duty". We have already booked a cruise on the Dream for next year and booked the same cabin - we can't wait!

Quality of Food
We ate breakfast, dinner and supper in the Lido, lunch in Sirens, afternoon tea and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres in the Argo Lounge - don't expect to lose weight on a cruise!

Entertainment
The Music of Queen show was superb and the guest comedian was hilarious. I had tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks.

Shore Excursions
We loved Easy Pisa which included a short coach trip followed by a Trolley Train ride to the Field of Miracles, time to view the Leaning Tower, the Baptistry and the Cathedral before a Trolley Train tour round the City of Pisa.

Staff
We found Jocelyn in the Argo Lounge to be a lovely lady. She couldn't do enough for us and had a wonderful sense of humour.

You will have to book your allincluisve before u go as you can't upgrade once you are on the boat it cost 199 each per week but it is excellent value as it is all brand names and also cans of juice not draft and 3 different wines hope this is helpful.

You are going 2 degree in France so I can't answer that as I was toiling in France but u will love calvi in corsicca I just got of the boat and walked up the hill 2 the church and the views were stunning then had a look in the shops and also had my hair done in the hairdressers as it was much cheaper than on the ship there is a lovely beach and also a lovely harbour with beautiful restaurants but they were very busy and also expensive ,genoa u can get a tour bus for ten euros for all day outside terminal or get a boat trip to portfino which is stunning ,genoa as lovely shops and are reasonable prices u will love calvi I could have stayed there ps it cost 15 euro 2 go up leaning tower of pisa.

How lovely.. we have just booked Thomson Dream for the Treasures of the Mediterranean cruise in July -absolute bargain and really looking forward to it. We enjoyed a cruise with Thomson last year and decided to book with them again (although we have enjoyed two Princess Cruises). We have booked cabins 6015 and 6017 as we wanted two side by side but I noticed on the deck plans they are right at the front of the ship. Does anyone know if these cabins are slightly smaller than the others on that deck?
