Spirit is the friendliest of ships: small & intimate, so it is like going to a house party on water ! Because she is small, many ports inaccessible to larger ships are no problem to her. The crew are dedicated, thoughtful and attentive. This is not casino/las vegas style shows cruising - interesting lectures on places being visited: relaxing on deck: chatting with fellow passengers
There are a huge variety of inclusive excursions, often 3/4 at a port of call, and crew mwmbers are always in attendance. Water, sweeties & refreshing wipes are the norm
Dining can be relaxed or slightly more formal: no pre arranged seating, so one can sit with different people every night. The food is excellent, well presented & varied
Tipping is included, as is chauffeur service to the airport if living within a certain radius
I have cruised several times on Spirit & am next heading off to the Amazon on board !
