i booked this cruise through the dating site SAGAZONE to meetr up with other members and enjoy a new ship.
GETTING TO THE SHIP
train travel to NEWCASTLE was included so travelled up the day before stayed in SOUTH SHIELDS. the next day left my hotel after breakfast and got the ferry to NORTH SHIELDS and bus to the ship.

EMBARKATION
this was very quick went thraight onto the ship without having to wait.

CABIN
i booked an outside cabin and was taken straight there by the staff which was nice.

FOOD
After departure i went to the restaurant for lunch sitting with others which is nice, but it was a bit of a rush as lifeboat drill was 2 30 while i was still having coffee.
dinner was also nice.

COCKTAIL PARTY
we had this to meet up with the other SAGAZONERS onboard but i felt it was not done to meet others more like the usual cocktail party, captain spoke introduced other members of the crew.

ENTERTAINMENT
only saw one the pianist who was very good.

SMOKING
sadly i like to smoke but had to smoke outside on the deck.

DISEMBARKATION
this was done very well

COMMENTS
a lovely sampler of a new ship for me i really enjoyed the cruise.

I was also on this cruise, i have sailed with the Spirit before, so i knew what to expect, i liked everything about the one nighter,but would like to add Sagazone is not a dating site it's a place where people go to meet like minded people, there were quite a few married people on the cruise who are also on the Saga Zone.
