This was my 3rd. and LAST tme, too much favouritism with CRUISE director staff, I must admit the Welsh director was superb. I wanted to cancel but would have lost over £700, I cancalled the November one. I cruise 4 times a year and now choosing my old favourite, Minerva,Seabourne, etc. Maria and the housekeeping staff and Philipino crew make this ship.
The decent trips are expensive and EXTRA, they are NOT the only ship that is all inclusive either.
Captain Frank Alica, Dr. Gareth Spiers, Purser Faith , Nurses Wendy and Myleene all truly dedicated professionals. "Nurse"
Penny, my ONLY COMMENT, allegedly wrong vocation can I suggest a prison where you can get away with CALLOUSNESS.
A lot of people are brain washed re ALL the extras on other ships, I have cruised 35 times and it works out reasonable, there are no FREE lunches in this world, it is ALL in the price whether you use it or not.

Sounds like a personality clash - the review tells me nothing about the ship itself or the food. Which excursions were extra?
Comment by Mulcock, West Sussex (05 Apr 10 21:07) about this REVIEW
What on earth this was this about? It said nothing about the ship or the cruise. It looks as though a lot of time was spent seeing the medical staff!

Dear God , you people!! It's not like any of you are going to book a cruise beased solely on these reviews - and it's certainly not like any of you are thinking your comments and feedback through before posting your garbage. Whether this review is any use or not, it says nothing about the man who wrote it and you ar being childish and ridiculous to leap on it this way. It says much much about you then it says about the poster - I'm ashamed FOR you!!

It says nothing about the person who wrote it???? It says more about the poster than it does about the cruise :-). ............ Chris

This sounds as if it has been written by a(ex)member of staff(not a passenger) who has an axe to grind!

Comment by Taylor, Loughborough (08 Mar 10 21:38) about this REVIEW
It's getting towards the time when cruise.co will have to supply translaters for some of the questions. I have to confess being quite unable to understand this contribution, except that you got to know the captain, the doctor and some nurses.
