On embarcation we were shown to lounge for relaxed registration with Champane and snacks to refresh us. Our cabin (called suite) was splendid, well decorated and spacious, with more Champagne provided. Our maid comes to introduce herself and enquire if we have any special needs. The staff on board are excellent, always polite and smiling and after a few hours nearly all addressing you by name. The high standard of service continues throughout the cruise and nothing seems to be too much trouble for these lovely people. The dining room more than meets up to expectation and would hold it's own against any top class restaurant. The only problem I can find with Seabourn is that it spoils you for any other cruise ships!
