Having cruised quite a few times previously we decided to try the new Seabourn Quest. Firstly the service and knowledge of Gemma of Victoria Travel was first class and everything was organised perfectly. Many thanks Gemma. We arrived at Istanbul and it was raining heavy but we were transported to the ship by coach and the driver parked so close to the embarkation building that we stayed completely dry. Embarkation was both quick and easy and we were brollied onto the ship because of the rain. The ship was brilliant and everything we had hoped for. Our Balcony Suite was both large and spacious both in size and cupboard space. The bathroom was massive with twin sinks, bath, toilet and shower. We had a problem with the TV going wrong and for the last three days of the cruise was not working. A little annoying. We used the cafe in the Seabourn Square very often and was surprised to find there was no waiter waitress service, as on other cruise ships we have been on. The Main Resturant was anytime dining and seemed to be very manic with waiters rushing around while serving as if there was not enough time available.Having said this the Crew on the ship were first class and could not do enough for you. All in all it was a lovely cruise in a beautiful part of the Med on a first class ship with a great crew. Many thanks...Jack and Jan. Leigh-on-sea. Essex.
