Hello I really do not understand how you had these problems. Although while slighly impaired through a knee injury I travelled on Liberty last year and while I cannot comment on the situation you met at embarkation I saw numerous disabled people on board many seem to be alone, but they we all using the little motorised scooters on board the ship, do not know why a suggestion of this facility was not made to you perhaps that is something to need to take up with RCI and hope that this does not put you off RCI as they are a brilliant cruise line and in my own mind seem to cater for the disabled but again I suppose it depends on the degree of disability as to how much help is required. Persist to get satisfaction from RCI , perhaps you should take it up with the USA office I find you get more help from them that you get from the UK office . I am going back this year DV on Liberty and could not find my booking but it took me to get in touch with USA to get help and UK were hopeless in sorting out my problem.
